Refund Policy

 

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for our wedding floral rental service. Here are the details:

  1. Cancellation Notice: If you choose to cancel your rental reservation, you will forfeit your retainer fee payment. Any special orders or customization request already purchased will be charged to the client.

  2. Cancellation with 30 Days or Less Notice: If you cancel your rental reservation within 30 days' of your event, we may be unable to rent out the reserved floral products to another client due to the limited time frame. In such cases, you will be responsible for the full payment and forfeit any refund.

  3. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will assess each cancellation request on a case-by-case basis. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from providing the required notice, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  4. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation notification. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the rental reservation.

  5. Non-Refundable Retainer: Please note that any non-refundable retainer paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. Some items may not be eligible for a refund, such as personalized or custom-made products. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification.
